1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ExpenseTracker application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ExpenseTracker for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on ExpenseTracker are provided "as is". ExpenseTracker makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall ExpenseTracker or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ExpenseTracker, even if ExpenseTracker or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on ExpenseTracker could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ExpenseTracker does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete, or current. ExpenseTracker may make changes to the materials contained on the App at any time without notice.

6. Links

ExpenseTracker has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ExpenseTracker of the site. Use of any such linked site is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

ExpenseTracker may revise these Terms of Service for the App at any time without notice. By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on ExpenseTracker, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, including:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Subscription Plans

ExpenseTracker offers both free and paid subscription plans. Terms applicable to paid subscriptions:

• Billing occurs monthly at the stated price for your plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your account settings
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial months

11. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter into ExpenseTracker is accurate and complete. ExpenseTracker is a personal finance tool and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

ExpenseTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExpenseTracker operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
